AnnMarie “Ania” Bauer
Production Manager and Chef, is a recent graduate and certified in The Culinary Arts Program of Wake Tech Community College. She holds a degree in Restaurant Management and was graduated with top honors in her class. With a background in planning, organizing and catering large group parties for at least 5 years and professionally assisted in the kitchen of various banquet facilities as well as successfully completing an internship at the Bentwinds Golf and Country Club of Fuquay-Varina, NC.
The catering kitchen is located at C'Crazies Bar & Grill in Downtown Lillington. A special grill menu is designed by her and her staff with appetizers and wholesome entrees to suit anyone's tastebuds.
She also holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and has held various administration and sales positions in the Pharmaceutical and Banking Industry.
Brian Magly
Sous Chef for Cinnamon Productions Catering and nighttime Kitchen Manager for C'Crazies Bar and Grill.
Brian started at a young age to enjoy cooking by watching his dad and grandmother cook in the kitchen.
He worked at Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon in Cary, Greenville and Raleigh for 7 years. He started as a host and moved his way up to the kitchen as Head Broiler.
He also worked at Andy's Cheeseburgers and Cheesesteaks as the Head Line Cook.
He took on may various server positions in restaurants such as Capital City Chop House and Ruby Tuesday.
